Three individual creatives are working to buy homes in one of the city's smallest, most energetic, and historically underinvested-in neighborhoods. They believe that by working hand-in-hand with neighbors—and leveraging strategic public-private partnerships—their collective skills and artistic talents can transform this community through for-profit, creative-led, human-centric development.
